Returns and exchanges

We review return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. If something is not right with your order, please reach out so we can understand what happened and work with you on a reasonable next step.

Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Rates

Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders with a pre-tax merchandise subtotal under $50. Orders with a pre-tax merchandise subtotal of $50 or more receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.

Carrier and delivery

We select an appropriate USPS or UPS service based on the package, destination, and current service availability. Delivery timing can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Processing and tracking

Orders are prepared as promptly as possible, usually within one to two business days. Weekends and holidays may add processing time. When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order.

Shipping restrictions

Some hemp-derived products may be restricted in certain states. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order are permitted at their destination.
